Terms of use governing voluntary donations (hereinafter — the Agreement)

The Autonomous Non-Profit Organization for the Development of the Video Game Industry, hereinafter the “Recipient”, invites the users of the resources https://legends.forgamedev.ru/,  https://forgamedev.ru, https://t.me/forgamedev_bot, https://rgdbook.forgamedev.ru/, https://greenbook.forgamedev.ru (hereinafter — the Resources), hereinafter the “Donor” (“Donors”), to make a voluntary donation to the Recipient free of charge.

A donation to the Resource is made on the following terms:

  • The Agreement is a public offer within the meaning of clause 2 of article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
  • The offer is accepted when the Donor transfers funds to the settlement account of the Recipient as a voluntary donation towards the statutory activity of the Recipient. Acceptance means that the Donor has read and agrees to every term of the Agreement on voluntary donation to the Recipient.
  • The offer takes effect on the day following its publication on the official sites of the Recipient —  https://legends.forgamedev.ru/, https://forgamedev.ru, https://rgdbook.forgamedev.ru/, https://greenbook.forgamedev.ru, hereinafter the “Sites”.
  • The text of the offer may be changed by the Recipient without prior notice and takes effect on the day following its publication on the Site.
  • The offer is open-ended and remains in force until the day following publication on the Site of a notice withdrawing it. The Recipient may withdraw the offer at any time without giving reasons.
  • If one or several terms of the offer are invalid, the remaining terms stay in force.
  • By accepting the terms of the Agreement the Donor confirms that the donation is voluntary and made free of charge.


Subject of the Agreement:

  • Under the Agreement the Donor transfers their own funds to the settlement account of the Recipient as a voluntary donation, and the Recipient accepts the donation and uses it for its statutory purposes.
  • The Donor acting under the terms of the Agreement constitutes a donation within the meaning of article 582 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.


How a donation is made:

  • The Donor decides the amount of the voluntary donation and transfers it to the Recipient by any payment method listed on the sites https://legends.forgamedev.ru/, https://forgamedev.ru, https://rgdbook.forgamedev.ru/, https://greenbook.forgamedev.ru.
  • The Sites are connected to internet acquiring, and a donation can be made with a Visa, MasterCard, Maestro or MIR bank card or using a QR code. Once the transfer is confirmed, a secure window opens with the payment page of the Robokassa electronic payment service, where the details of your bank card are to be entered.
  • The 3D Secure protocol is used for additional authentication of the cardholder. If your bank supports this technology, you will be redirected to its server for additional identification.
  • For the rules and methods of additional identification, please check with the bank that issued your card.


Security guarantees:

– The Robokassa electronic payment service protects and processes the data of your bank card under the PCI DSS security standard;

– Information is passed to the payment gateway using SSL encryption;

– Onward transmission takes place over closed banking networks with the highest level of reliability;

– Robokassa does not pass your card details to us or to any other third party. The 3D Secure protocol is used for additional authentication of the cardholder.


Security of online payments:

– The personal information you provide (name, address, telephone, e-mail, credit card number) is confidential and is not disclosed. The details of your bank card are transmitted in encrypted form only and are not stored on our web server;

– We recommend checking on a dedicated page that your browser is secure enough for online payments;

– The security of internet payment processing is guaranteed by Robokassa LLC. All operations with payment cards are carried out in accordance with the requirements of MIR, VISA International, MasterCard and other payment systems. Information is transmitted using dedicated security technologies for online banking payments, and data is held on a secure high-technology server.

Rights and obligations of the Parties:

  • The Recipient undertakes to use the funds received from the Donor under the Agreement strictly within its statutory activity.
  • The Donor grants permission to process and store the personal data used by the Recipient solely to perform the Agreement.
  • The Recipient undertakes not to disclose the personal and contact information of the Donor to third parties without their written consent, save in the cases set out in the Agreement and where such information is required by state bodies empowered to demand it, upon a reasoned request drawn up in accordance with applicable law and with enforcement and judicial practice.
