Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

The data subject (a visitor of the site https://forgamedev.ru/), acting freely, of their own will and in their own interest, and confirming their legal capacity, hereby gives consent under article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” to the operator — the AUTONOMOUS NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE VIDEO GAME INDUSTRY (ANO VIDO) (OGRN 1227700871045), registered address: 123557, Moscow, Elektricheskiy pereulok 3/10 bld. 1, unit 1n/6) to process their personal data on the following terms:

1. Consent is given to the processing of the following personal data: surname, first name, patronymic, gender, telephone, and any other information about themselves that the data subject provides on their own initiative when contacting the operator through the feedback form on the operator’s site at https://forgamedev.ru/.

2. Consent is given to the processing of personal data both by automated means and without them.

3. Purposes of processing: promoting the operator’s goods and services on the market, concluding and performing civil law contracts (the data subject choosing a service, booking an appointment, receiving information about the service and the appointment).

4. This consent to the processing of personal data includes consent to the operator performing the following set of actions (operations) with personal data: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, amendment), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion, destruction.

5. Consent includes consent to the use on the operator’s site of internet statistics software (including cookie files, where permitted by the settings of the user’s browser) that collects and processes depersonalised data about site visitors, pages viewed, browser and operating system types and versions, and the geography of site visitors. This data is processed for the purpose of promoting the operator’s goods and services (improving the quality of the site).

6. Consent to the processing of personal data is confirmed by ticking the consent box in the contact form placed on the operator’s site and pressing the “Send request” button.

7. This consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or for the period the information is retained. It may be withdrawn by the data subject by sending written notice of withdrawal to the operator at the email address info@forgamedev.ru.

8. Where consent to the processing of personal data is withdrawn, the operator may continue processing on the grounds set out in clauses 2–9.1 and 11 of part 1 of article 6, part 2 of article 10 and part 2 of article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.

I confirm that I have read the Privacy Policy of ANO Video Game Industry Development and consent to the processing of my personal data, email address and telephone number by ANO Video Game Industry Development for the purposes of handling my request and replying to it. I also consent to the transfer of that personal data to a third party, Yandex LLC, in order to host the form and operate the service that collects my answers. I have been informed that my data is processed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, and I have read the rights of a data subject. The rights and obligations in the field of personal data protection are clear to me.
